Munoth Capital Markets Ltd has restructured its leadership by appointing Mr. Vipulkumar Vitthalbhai Patel as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director, while noting the resignation of Ms. Varsha Aakesh Gulecha due to personal reasons.

Alongside these board changes, the company has reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee.
