Mr. Vipulkumar Vitthalbhai Patel steps in as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director, bringing valuable engineering and business management expertise.

Meanwhile, Ms. Varsha Aakesh Gulecha has stepped down from her position as Non-Executive and Independent Director due to personal reasons.

In response to these boardroom shifts, the company has successfully reconstituted key oversight panels, including the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee.

Additionally, stakeholders will soon vote on several material related-party transactions and upcoming corporate resolutions at the impending annual general meeting.
