Company Update

Mrugesh Trading Limited has proposed the appointment of M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. D D S & Associates as Statutory Auditor for a consecutive five-year term covering financial years 2026-27 to 2030-31, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.

Additionally, the company has proposed shifting its registered office from Mumbai to Ahmedabad, subject to the necessary approvals from shareholders and authorities.

The upcoming annual general meeting has also been scheduled to be conducted through video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
