Mrugesh Trading Ltd has proposed the appointment of M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates as secretarial auditor and M/s. D D S & Associates as statutory auditor for a consecutive five-year term spanning financial years 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.

Additionally, the company has proposed shifting its registered office from Maharashtra to Gujarat, pending necessary approvals.
