Panorama Studios International Limited has signed a licensing agreement with Cult Digital NX to syndicate worldwide on-demand rights specifically for the Waves OTT platform.

This agreement covers the Marathi language film "Dhondi Champya - Ek Prem Katha," starring Bharat Jadhav, Vaibhav Mangle, Nikhil Chavan, and Sayli Patil, and directed by Dnyanesh Bhalekar.

For retail investors, this deal expands the company's digital distribution footprint and monetizes its content library across global markets through the Waves OTT platform, driving potential revenue growth from its film assets.
