Bondada Engineering Ltd, through a joint venture with BEST Infra Private Limited, has secured a Letter of Intent worth ₹41.01 Crore from Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited.

The project involves deploying 40,000 smart energy meters—comprising 12,500 single-phase and 27,500 three-phase units—along with cloud-based systems and associated network operations to be executed within 11 months.

This strategic win bolsters the company's footprint in technology-enabled infrastructure, leveraging subsidiary expertise to drive operational growth and expand its presence in high-demand power metering sectors for stakeholders.
