Godrej Properties has successfully resolved its long-standing dispute regarding the Godrej Air project in Gurugram by executing a settlement agreement following a month of discussions.

This resolution also benefits the project's homebuyers and carries an estimated financial impact of INR 70 crore for the company.

Implementation of the agreed actions is currently underway, with compliance to be reported to the Bombay High Court.

Management chose to withhold the announcement until full completion to ensure accuracy for investors, removing uncertainty surrounding the project's legal status.
